She graduated from Ashland High School in 1990, and went on to earn a Bachelor's Degree in Human Communication from Southern Oregon State College (currently SOU). Years later, she earned a Master's Degree in Early Elementary Education. Owners and tenants alike have benefited from her caring approach, organization and attention to detail. She has developed a proactive approach to property management that assures her clients' needs are met in an efficient and accurate manner.

Josh came to Ashland from his childhood home of Arcata, California. Through decades of work in the construction industry, Josh is uniquely qualified to assist property owners in assessing the maintenance needs of their home. As a certified electrician, he has worked on large commercial projects and residential homes. His attention to detail and thoughtful approach to his craft earned him respect among fellow contractors and property owners alike. This same dedication to service is evident in his approach to property management.

It is our conviction that we are not just managing properties, but also maintaining relationships. Our commitment to clear communication helps homeowners and tenants come together to solve problems in a climate of respect and mutual partnership.
